performance & installation with live monarch butterflies, wisdom teeth, beef tongue, 4-channel video installation, 2 live video feeds.

Mediamorphosis examines acts of translation: between direct and mediated experiences, between past and present, and between sound, music and visual language. Live performance and multi-channel video are juxtaposed to create multiple perspectives of the “same” event, complicating the immediacy of performance art as medium.
